NO FEAR

At a fast food joint, Nicolas hesitated to ask for a spoon from the food server.  He mentioned he was both shy and in fear.  A few moments later, he stood up and proceeded to the counter saying, "Fear can not rule my life."

MUSEUM NICKNAME

In the National Museum, Nicolas mentioned he loved museum visits. I offered a nickname for him - Mr. Museum Man.  He declined and said, "Call me 'History'."

Teacher: "What do you put on top of a halo-halo?"
Nicolas: "Lechon."  
Nicolas: "I wanted to say Leche Flan but it sounded the same."

ALARM GLOCK

I asked Matthew, my 6-year old, to wake up his two sisters who were still sleeping past 9 a.m. He happily said, "Sure Mommy!" Moments later, I heard the girls shrieking. Matthew was waking them up by firing his Nerf gun and foam bullets at them! "Hay, pilyo talaga (Really mischievous)."
